While we cannot offer the same level of service as professional studios, we guarantee our sincere efforts to provide you with memorable grad photos that capture the spirit of your achievement. Your support of our student-run initiative is invaluable, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your special day.

Quality Assurance: We strive to provide you with professional-grade photographs that reflect the essence of your achievement. While we may not be seasoned professionals, our passion for photography drives us to deliver images you’ll cherish.
Timely Delivery: We pledge to deliver your edited photos within a reasonable timeframe. We’ll communicate any unexpected delays and work diligently to ensure you receive your images as soon as possible.
Flexibility: We recognize the dynamic nature of student life. If unforeseen circumstances arise that impact your scheduled session, we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests without additional fees.
Communication: Your satisfaction is our priority. We promise clear and transparent communication throughout the entire process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Refund Policy
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date and time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request at no extra charge. However, we can not guarantee that we can reschedule you.
Quality Guarantee
We strive to provide you with as close to professional-grade photographs as possible, and photos that you’ll love. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the quality of the images, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your photos, and we’ll work with you to address any concerns and work to find a solution to any issues you have.
Payment
Payment for grad photo sessions is due in full at the time of booking. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of cancellation approval.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for unsatisfactory work beyond the 7 day timeframe outlined in our quality guarantee, except in cases that involve emergency or extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or on our website.

Definitions
Editing
We will do minimal editing such as colour correction, cropping, contrast, sharpness, and retouching. We consider this as any editing that is necessary in order to deliver a high-quality professional, and well-rounded image.
Advanced Editing
This editing includes blemish removal, background removal and options, air brushing, glasses glare, skin smoothing and enhancement, etc. This is only necessary if there are things you want to remove from the photo or enhancement, etc.
Standard Package
Ideal for solo graduates, this package includes 4 to 8 professionally captured images, each meticulously edited for a polished finish. Booking this package is standard and is the base of what we offer. This package is also necessary to book for group photo bookings. These images can be sit down and/or standing positions, as well as posing’s of your choice.
Hobbyist Package
Starting from $150 and customized based on specific requirements, this package offers a diverse array of themed shots or personal interest incorporations. This offers the perfect chance to grab your basketball, art supplies, books or anything that speaks to your passions ensuring your grad photos reflect your individuality. We can accommodate movement in your shoot to best incorporation your hobbies and interest.
Couples Package
Perfect for celebrating partnerships in every shape and size, a parent and their child, or any other couple of people, this package provides 4 to 6 images per individual, along with 4 to 6 couple photos, totaling 12 to 18 beautifully captured memories. This is a great opportunity for you and a friend to get your photos together, or anyone else you want to share this moment with!
Add Ons – Additional Images
Add this to get more photographs for $10 per extra image beyond the standard package limit. Feel free to add this on during your session if you find you want more poses and images. This does not include Advanced Editing.
Add Ons – Advanced Editing
Includes blemish removal, color correction, and other advanced edits for up to 8 photos for $50. This can be requested day of, and please tell your photographer if there is something specific you would like. It is $10 for each additional photo above the standard 8.
Add Ons – Group Photos
$50 for each additional person for groups of 2 or more. Maximum 5 people. This add-on can only be added to the standard package fee or hobbyist package fee and does not include additional images. Add the Additional Images Add On if you want more images of you and your group. Please know bookings are only 30 mins when accommodating more than 1 person.
